With a 35kg payload, 250kg stacking weight, and optimised internal dimensions (600 x 400 x 397mm), it delivers more usable space per tote than many comparable containers — helping you move more product per run.

The specially engineered bale arm system folds flat for seamless conveyor integration, reducing the need for complex automation equipment. An 80mm nesting pitch means empties take up significantly less space on return journeys, cutting transport costs and improving vehicle utilisation. The textured, chamfered base ensures smooth, quiet movement on belt systems.

Offset drainage holes meet fire safety and storage compliance requirements, and the container supports tamper-evident security seals for added traceability. Compatible with the full Loadhog Pally and Lid range, and available with optional vented side walls, internal dividers, and an easy-pick lid.
