The Pack of 2 x 80 Litre Heavy Duty ALC Plastic Boxes with Attached Lids are premium industrial containers built for serious warehouse, logistics, and commercial use. British made from super strong polypropylene, these boxes are engineered to perform in the most demanding environments.

At 80 litres capacity with external dimensions of 60cm long x 40cm wide x 42cm high, they offer excellent capacity for moving and storing heavy goods, parts, and materials. The integral hinged attached lid stays connected at all times, and the boxes can stack up to nine high when full. When empty, they nest up to 75% to save space and reduce transportation costs. An address label holder is built in for easy identification in busy warehouse environments.

The flat reinforced base is designed for use on all conveyors, and the boxes are enabled for robotic palletising, making them ideal for automated warehouse operations. Handles on both ends make manual handling comfortable and safe.

These boxes share the same 600 x 400mm footprint as others in the CS ALC range, including the 55 litre, 56 litre, and 70 litre versions, making it easy to build a uniform, stackable storage system across your site.

Tamper evident security options are also available: Boxloc lid seals, serial number tamper evident seals, and security zip ties.
